NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY NAPLES, Italy (June 11, 2019) U.S. 6th Fleet Command Master Chief Johannes J. Gonzalez stands watch during a repatriation of remains onboard Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, Italy, June 11, 2019. The remains, which are believed to be of unidentified service members from WWII, are being transferred from the Sicily-Rome American Cemetery in Nettuno, Italy, to the United States for identification analysis by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency. NSA Naples is an operational ashore base that enables U.S., allied, and partner nation forces to be where they are needed, when they are needed to ensure security and stability in Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia.
