Soldiers at Fort McCoy, Wis., for training operate a military vehicles on Highway 21 near the installation on April 5, 2019. Thousands of service members trained at Fort McCoy in April 2019. Located in the heart of the upper Midwest, Fort McCoy is the only U.S. Army installation in Wisconsin.
