190612-N-LW591-005 GROTON, Conn. (June. 12, 2019) Navy Diver 2nd Class John McLeod, assigned toNaval Submarine Support Facility New London, is awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Medal for his actions after diving into a pond to save a motorist who drove off the road in to a partially frozen lake.
