Col. Thomas H. Mancino, commander, 90th Troop Command, Oklahoma Army National Guard, inspects a High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) fighting position constructed by Soldiers with the 3120th Engineer Support Company, 120th Engineer Battalion, 90th Troop Command. The company was tasked with digging HIMARS fighting positions for artillerymen with 1st Battalion, 158th Field Artillery Regiment, 45th Field Artillery Brigade, during Exercise Western Strike.
