DIEGO GARCIA (June 4, 2019) Steelworker 2nd Class Tabitha Mercker and Builder 3rd Class Matthew Clunan, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, survey the sub grade of a concrete pad project that will serve as the foundation for a Tension Fabric Structure.
