Norwegian Armed Forces LtCol Ola Gundersen, Foreign Liason Officer assigned to U.S. European Command, encourages U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to 1st Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), as they participate in a ruck march in which they were required to carry a minimum of 40 pounds through an 18-mile course.
