Phil Davidson participates in an honor ceremony with Major General A Ganbat, Chief of the General Staff of the Mongolian Armed Forces prior to an office call with Gen. Ganbat in Ulaanbaatar Mongolia, June 14, 2019. Davidson is in Mongolia to meet with regional leaders and counterparts for the first time as USINDOPACOM commander and participate in the opening ceremony of Khaan Quest 2019, a regularly scheduled, multinational exercise co-sponsored by U.S. Indo-Pacific Command.
