JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (June 14, 2019) - Leaders and staff at Naval Hospital Jacksonville celebrate the planned July opening of a new, eight-bed inpatient behavioral health unit, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 14. Participating leaders include: Dr. Paul Cordts (deputy assistant director for medical affairs, Defense Health Agency), Rear Adm. Anne Swap (commander, Navy Medicine East), Col. Richard Lindsay III (chief of staff, Defense Health Agency's National Capital Region), Capt. Matthew Case (commander, Naval Hospital Jacksonville), Capt. Tracy Skipton (mental health director, Naval Hospital Jacksonville), and Lt. Cmdr. Willie Barksdale (a nurse at Naval Hospital Jacksonville).
