Konstantin Kostadinov, a Bulgarian who assists in military interpretation when he needs a fun escape from his career as a criminal defense attorney, stands before a mountain whose name, translated into English, is "The Old Mountain", as it and the rest of the Balkan Mountains serves as a historic barrier between northern and southern Bulgaria. Kostadinov, along with his interpreter tasks, takes pride in sharing the history and culture of Bulgaria.
STRIKE BACK 19 is a multinational exercise hosted by the Bulgarian Armed Forces at Novo Selo Training Area, Bulgaria, from June 6-20, 2019.
