A Coast Guard Air Station Sitka MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew hoists a 50-year-old man who fell off a steep cliff while hiking in the Sisters Mountains in Sitka, Alaska, June 15, 2019. The aircrew was able to safely hoist the man and transfer him to emergency medical services in Sitka for further care. U.S. Coast Guard video.
