Staff Sgt. James Little with the 210th Brigade Support Battalion tells a civilian role-player his soldiers cannot help injured civilians after a bus struck a horse-drawn cart outside Forward Operating Base Forge at the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk, La. The intent of the training exercise was for the soldiers to provide medical support for the civilian role players involved in the crash and utilize their Afghan National Army counterparts.
