Soldiers from the New York Army National Guard, Detachment 1, Delta Company, 152nd Brigade Engineer Battalion, were flying the TUAS as part of their annual training when the Camp Fire began, and offered the aircraft to assist with fire containment efforts, marking the first time the Shadow had been utilized in a mission supporting a state emergency.
