Fire Controlman 1st Class Patrick Mullis raises the National Ensign with Electronics Technician 2nd Class Justin Hoang at morning colors aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) June 17 for the first time since November 2017. The crew also unveiled a commemorative flag at a remembrance ceremony after colors honoring the Sailors who died in a collision in the Sea of Japan on June 17, 2017.
