Members of HMCS Goose Bay in company with DCCG PANTER assist SVG Coast Guard with the evacuation of simulated refugees from an island in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines following a volcanic eruption scenario during Exercise TRADEWINDS 19 on 17 June 2019.
In its 35th year, 22 nations are participating in Exercise TRADEWINDS to promote regional security as well as humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.
