CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - Forward-deployed U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Grant Cooper with Coastal Riverine Squadron 11, Combined Task Group 68.6, assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, is frocked to the next paygrade to Petty Officer 1st Class after receiving his Expeditionary Warfare (EXW) pin during a ceremony held on base, Jun 14, 2019. TG-68.6 is forward-deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations and conducts joint and naval operations, often in concert with allied and interagency partners, in order to advance U.S. national interests and security and stability in Europe and Africa.
