Sgt. 1st. Class Andrew Foxworthy, the senior enlisted advisor of the 1st Armored Division Band, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, and other senior Noncommissioned Officers stand at the position of attention as newly promoted NCOs are formally initiated into the NCO Corps during an NCO induction ceremony June 13, at Fort Bliss, Texas.
