Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Matthew Bembenek, information technology specialist for the DAEOC Tri-State Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) 2019, operates an autorefractor machine on a patient June 19, 2019, during a no-cost healthcare clinic at Ballard Memorial High School, in Barlow Ky. Bembenek was a member of the advanced echelon team for this IRT mission and was able to shadow other career fields in between doing his assigned communications duties.
