The sailors of Forward Resuscitative Surgical System and Shock Trauma Platoon, Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Black Sea Rotational Force move a simulated casualty to a field expedient operating room during Operation Agile Spirit on Vaziani Training Area in Georgia, March 12. The FRSS/STP naval medical officers and enlisted corpsman set up their mobile medical facilities in the former billeting of a Georgian Infantry Battalion. The FRSS/STP is capable of treating 18 major surgeries in 72 hours without resupply.
