Brett Baginsky, a technical engineer from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 365th Engineer Battalion, uses a rubber mallet to level a cinder block during the construction of a medical clinic June 21 in Tojocaz, Guatemala. Baginski, a civilian construction foreman, brought his expertise in the field to aid the 358th Engineer Company, from New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, in building the clinic.
