Andre Moxley, 490th Civil Affairs Battalion Functional Specialty Unit preventive medicine non-commissioned officer, demonstrates how to inspect a can of apple juice for food contamination at the Bob Hope Galley here March 29 during a field sanitation certification training course March 26-30. The course included instruction on proper field sanitation techniques for maintaining clean air, water and food supplies while in the field, as well as how to properly identify rodent and insect infestations and how to prevent them.
