U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Adrian Aiken, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa force protection liaison officer, was awarded the Navy Expeditionary Warfare pin in front of the Camp Lemonnier sign here, March 26. The warfare device, first introduced Navy-wide in 2006, attests to a sailor's proficiency in combat tactics, expeditionary fundamentals and core navy knowledge. Aiken is the first U.S. soldier assigned to CJTF-HOA to earn the Navy Expeditionary Warfare pin.
