Seok Han Yoon, Commodore Naval Mobile Construction Squadron (NMCRON) 59, sign a memorandum of understanding between the two units. The MOU is designed to strengthen the naval engineering capabilities between 30 NCR and NMCRON 59, leading to a tighter operational relationship that will prepare both units for any future contingency.
