    Kahu Kordell Kekoa provides the Hawaiian blessing, Aug. 30, prior to a ground breaking ceremony for the new Hawaii Regional Security Operations Center complex at the U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Pacific in Wahiawa, Hawaii. The $318 million, 250,000-square-foot complex is the largest construction contract in Naval Engineering Facility Command history and is scheduled for completion in late 2010.
