JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (June 28, 2019) – Capt. Matthew Case, Naval Hospital Jacksonville commander and Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Jacksonville commanding officer, speaks at the Family Medicine Residency Program graduation on June 28. The hospital’s program, now in its 48th year, graduated 23 physicians (13 interns and 10 residents). The graduation also served as a kick-off to the program’s new academic year, which begins July 1 with 47 residents and interns. The program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. All program participants are physicians who have completed medical school.
