Chief Special Warfare Operator Rob Stella, assigned to the Navy SEAL & SWCC scout team, instructs high school athletes how to safely carry a 220-pound log during the second annual Navy SEAL Invitational Tournament. The event included physical and mental challenges. The scout team provides mental and physical training for different athletic teams with the goal of creating awareness for careers in Naval Special Warfare.
