The Arkansas Army National Guard partnered with the National Guard Professional Education Center to teach their annual Equal Opportunity Leader Course. The EOL course is open to National Guard units from across the country to fulfill their NGB required training for Equal Opportunity Leaders. The course, held on Camp Robinson Maneuver Training Center, North Little Rock, Ark., June 24-28, 2019, teaches Soldiers to be change agents and to be the eyes and ears of their commanders in creating an equal opportunity environment in their units.
