Students conduct UN police training during the Junior Leaders Training at Fort Aguayo, Chile on April 3, 2012, as part of the annual exercise, Peacekeeping Operations-Americas. Chilean Capt. Nathalie Muñoz, Special Forces Carabineros de Chile and an instructor at the Chilean Joint Peacekeeping Operations Center instructs the students on proper police tactics. Junior Leaders Training is part of a series of multinational exercises designed to enhance regional dialogue among military forces from 19 countries, governmental, non-governmental agencies and inter-governmental organizations in order to address concerns, lessons learned and new initiatives involved in peacekeeping.
