The Hampton Roads Naval Museum’s Special Collections and Annex building aboard Naval Station Norfolk hosted a first ever re-enlistment ceremony this afternoon. CTRC(IW/SW) Clayton Adam, assigned to the Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCD) USS Delbert Black (DDG-119). The ceremony was attended by members of his division, and was the first ever re-enlistment ceremony hosted inside of the museum’s special collections facility.
