SSgt. Daniel Rhodes, a summer augment precision rifle team member, broke the record for the 300 yard rapid fire during the Interservice Rifle Marksmanship Competition held June 24-30 at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va. Rhodes, a Kalamazoo, Michigan native, will return to serving as an infantry platoon sergeant after the summer rifle competition season.
