Iraqi soldiers simulate what to do when you come across an enemy during a course at the School of Infantry Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) II, on Camp Taji, Iraq, June 12, 2019. The School of Infantry Noncommissioned Officer II, with the assistance of Task Group Taji, provides tactical movement training to Iraq Soldiers. This training enhances the core infantry skills of Iraqi army brigades and allows for the implementation of strategy to make short term conditional decisions on the movement of troops and effective employment of weapons on the battlefield. Together, the Coalition and Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) will develop a sustainable and inclusive ISF that can secure its sovereign borders, protect the population and support a return to normalcy across the country and ensure the lasting defeat of Daesh.
