The flight deck aboard the USS San Diego can land up to four Ch-46 Sea Knight helicopters or two MV-22 Ospreys at once. The USS San Diego pulled into its homeport at Naval Base San Diego, April 6 and will be used to transport Marines, sailors and tactical equipment during missions.
