Tyrone Bruce, officer in charge of the military detachment aboard the Spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport ship USNS Carson City (T-EPF 7), during a navigation brief as the ship arrives in Dakar, Senegal in support of its Africa Partnership Station (APS) deployment, July 6, 2019.
