Col. David C. Woodruff Jr. takes the 181st Multi-Functional Training Brigade flag from Maj. Gen. Erik C. Peterson, commanding general of First Army Division West at Fort Hood, Texas, in assuming command of the brigade during a change of command ceremony June 28, 2019, at Fort McCoy, Wis. Peterson was the presiding officer for the ceremony. The 181st MFTB, a tenant organization at Fort McCoy, partners with Army Reserve and Army National Guard units to advise, assist, and train Army formations throughout their complete sustainable readiness model cycle to achieve collective training readiness in support of worldwide requirements.
