This is the flag that was flying on Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, when it was attacked Dec. 7, 1941. The night of the Pearl Harbor attacks, two Airmen took the tattered flag down, which now is on display at the Pacific Air Force Headquarters building on Hickam.
