ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 8, 2019) Chief Air Traffic Controller Karim Tilley inspects Air Traffic Controller 2nd Class Daniel Gaona during a uniform inspection aboard the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3). Kearsarge is the flagship for the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group. The Kearsarge ARG is deployed in support of maritime security operations, crisis response and theater security cooperation, while providing a forward naval presence.
