190710-N-DO831-1018 YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 10, 2019) U.S. Naval Forces (CNFJ) and Navy Region Japan (CNRJ) held a change of command ceremony July 10 at the Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Benny Decker Theater. Rear Adm. Brian P. Fort will become the 35th commander of CNFJ and CNRJ after relieving Rear Adm. Gregory J. Fenton. Adm. John C.
