YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 9, 2019) – Electrician’s Mate Petty Officer 1st Class Xylona Perryman, who works for U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s Port Operations, rings the bell for the arrival of the official party at the change of command ceremony for the installation. At the ceremony, Capt. Rich Jarrett relieved Capt. Jeffrey Kim as Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) commanding officer. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
