YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 9, 2019) – Rear Adm. Gregory Fenton, Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Japan/Navy Region Command, salutes the side-boys during a change of command ceremony for Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). Capt. Jeffrey Kim was relieved by Capt. Rich Jarrett as commanding officer of the installation, which provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
