Donald Gabrielson, commander U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command and U.S. Fourth Fleet, signs the guest book aboard the Peruvian ship BAP Tacna (ARL 158) following an opening ceremony symbolizing the start of the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20) medical mission in Peru.
