Fort McCoy is the first Army installation to be a part of the USTRANSCOM TMS prototype fielding and testing. According to USTRANSCOM, part of the vision of the TMS prototype is to implement an enterprise-wide management system to perform global transportation functions within the plan, order, ship, track, and pay construct and leverage interoperable data and flow of information across the Joint Deployment Distribution Enterprise. More work with the TMS prototype is expected to continue at the installation. (U.S. Army Photo by Scott T. Sturkol, Public Affairs Office, Fort McCoy, Wis.)
