John Chittim, physical therapist for the Warrior Transition Battalion on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., makes some minor adjustments to a bicycle Capt. Michelle Maddin tried out, April 4, during a cycling clinic hosted on JBLM by the Wounded Warrior Project, April 4 and 5. The clinic introduced soldiers like Maddin, who are assigned to the WTB, to hand cycles and took them on an 11-mile ride they completed with bikes fitted by and borrowed from Invacare and other manufacturers.
