‘Rough Riders’, friends, and colleagues joined together to welcome in a new commander, Col. Steven E. Putthoff, to 4th Sustainment Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, during a change of command ceremony July 12 at Founder’s Field on Fort Carson. Col. Putthoff assumed command of 4SB from Col. James G. Kent, who will be transitioning to Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Before the ceremony, Brig. Gen. Joseph A. Ryan, acting senior commander 4th Infantry Division, presented Aimee Kent with the Dr. Mary E.
