Gen. William Fraser, head of the U.S. Transportation Command, takes the reins of a bridge aboard the Army Logistics Support Vessel - 4, the Gen. William B. Bunker, during a visit to Fort Eustis’ 3rd Port, April 9. Fraser came to personally award 22 soldiers with the Joint Service Achievement Medals for their role in Operation Deep Freeze, a yearly operation to support the science and research activities conducted by the U.S. Antarctic Program.
