Army Reserve Sgt. Charlie Mobley, a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear specialist and native of York, South Carolina, assigned to the 371st Chemical Company, 457th Chemical Battalion, 415th Chemical Brigade, 76th Operational Response Command, helps a civilian truck driver guide a Stryker vehicle onto his trailer at Camp McCrady, South Carolina June 16.
