Col. Roger Garay, Task Force commander for African Lion 2012 and commanding officer of the 14th Marine Regiment out of Fort Worth, Texas, addresses members of the Executive Leadership Development Program in Agadir, Morocco, April 12, 2012. More than 70 ELDP participants will visit various locations throughout the Task Force area of operations. ELDP is a Department of Defense training program offering future DOD leaders a hands-on experience aimed at helping them appreciate the warfighter mission and how policies made impact troops in the field.
