Michael Rice, a military police platoon sergeant for the 471st Marine Wing Support Squadron, and native of St. Louis, Mo., launches a dummy grenade from a Mossberg M500 with a grenade launching cup attachment during peace support operations training in Tifnit, Morocco April, 7-18. The training is part of the African Lion 2012 exercise. African Lion is an annual, bilateral training exercise between U.S. and Moroccan forces promoting interoperability and security cooperation.
