Staff Sgt.'s Darrel Mock and Darrell Lewis, intel analysts for the Utah Army National Guard, plot enemy positions with an exercise scenario on maps created by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. The NGA, the National Guard and U.S. Marines from Marine Forces Africa are all participating in African Lion 2012 in Morocco. This is the eighth AL in Morocco, and the exercise brings together 800 U.S. Marines and Naval forces, 400 U.S. Army Reservists and 900 Moroccan military for a 10-day exercise that covers air, ground and water.
