The Honorable James F. Geurts, assistant secretary of the Navy for research, development and acquisition is given an overview of the engine specifications for the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) during a vehicle handover to 3rd Battalion, 8th Marines on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, July 18, 2019.
