Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Shirey from the 5th Brigade, 80th Training Division out of Abingdon, Maryland, teaches the Field Level Maintenance New Equipment Training course in the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle training center at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, July 21, 2019. The 96-hour FLMNET course was designed to familiarize Soldiers on proper techniques and procedures when repairing JLTVs.
