HAGATNA, Guam (July 21, 2019) – Guam Department of Public Works’ float commemorated a ceremonious flag placement in honor of U.S. armed forces for the 75th Guam Liberation Day Parade, July 21. Liberation Day festivities include a queen contest, a summer carnival and a mile long parade on Marine Corps Drive in Hagåtña.
